​Returns and Refund Policy

For any product(s) purchased through this website, Hydrascape Stickers guarantees the product is received as ordered and as advertised. Any defects, incorrect shipments, or quality issues deviating from the purchased order or advertised quality will be rectified with corrected or replaced product by Hydrascape Stickers in order to match the original order;  Such corrections will be made as quickly as reasonably possible at no additional cost to the customer. Product guarantee will be honored by Hydrascape Stickers for at least 90 days from customer receipt of product.

Errors on the part of the purchaser, such as an incorrect address, mishandling of product by receiver, placement of an incorrect order, etc., are not covered under this policy. Hydrascape Stickers will make all reasonable efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, however cases involving purchaser error may incur additional charges including but not limited to shipping and product cost as necessary to fulfill the order.

Refunds/Product Replacement are granted under our product guarantee. Product returns and refunds not covered by Hydrascape Stickers product guarantee are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunded product may be required to be returned to Hydrascape Stickers to the sent from address.
